Brand new to Wolverson Fitness, our Wolverson Slam Balls are perfect for developing core strength and explosive power, and can be used to develop virtually every muscle group in the body. Perform exercises to improve upper body, lower body and core strength; build flexibility, conditioning, and joint integrity; or supercharge your circuit workout with a Slam Ball warm up!

The sand filled balls do not bounce, which makes them perfect for throwing against the floor or walls; the textured surface provides added grip for those powerful throws; and their durable outer layer and can withstand even the toughest of beatings, now redesigned with reinforced seams and seals to prevent any leakage or bursts.
