If you’re bored with the same barbell exercises, you can replicate the same movement patterns but with dumbbells, this will add an extra dimensions to your training

For example you could supplement the barbell row with a dumbbell row, or the barbell bench press with a dumbbell bench press.

Unilateral movements such as the suitcase deadlift or single arm dumbbell press can help your core and make you mix up your training patterns, these movements will also help your stabilisation muscles.
